I agree mostly with both of the first 2 posters, your mortgage should be a huge help as long as it shows on your credit report and if you use your credit cards every month for little every day thing, never exceed 30% of your credit limit in any given month and pay in full by the due date your score should shoot up fast.

I did this with 2 cards and my score went up over 150-points in 12-months.

Good luck.
References :
Finance Manager for over 8-years.

You need at least 3 trade lines on your credit report. Loans, credit cards, etc..

You also need to keep your balance at less than half of your credit limit.
References :
Is your mortgage loan on your credit report? That should be a positive. Do you have any credit cards? If so, make an occasional purchase with them and pay the bill as soon as it comes in. That will build a track record over time.
